Using OpenCourt
You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, follow applicable laws and on-site court rules, and use OpenCourt only for lawful personal purposes.
Community content
You are responsible for reports, reviews, notes, images, suggestions, and other content you submit. Do not post false, abusive, unlawful, infringing, dangerous, or private information. You grant OpenCourt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate submitted content for operating and improving the service.
Moderation
Users can report content and block other users. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the community, or comply with law.
Court and weather information
Court availability, crowd levels, amenities, directions, and weather may be estimated, community supplied, delayed, or inaccurate. They are planning aids, not guarantees. Check official notices, conditions, and safety before travelling or playing.
Advertising and third parties
OpenCourt may display third-party advertising and link to mapping, authentication, weather, or other services. Those services have their own terms and policies, and OpenCourt does not control their content or availability.
Accounts and termination
You may stop using OpenCourt or delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end access for material or repeated violations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
OpenCourt is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of community information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenCourt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as OpenCourt changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
